8. Right to Complain

If you believe our products are defective or not as described, please retain the product and contact our support team as soon as possible at xqs.uk@st-group.com. Do not dispose of the product or its packaging, as we may need information such as batch codes to assess your complaint. Therefore, keep the defective product, do not throw it away or use it. It is very important for returns, but especially important for complaints, that the goods are packed properly so that no damage occurs during transport. If the returned goods are damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value. 9. Right of Cancellation and Return

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are returned in a resaleable condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, this right does not apply to products that have been unsealed after delivery, unless the goods are faulty or not as described. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products unless they are faulty or not as described. If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, please send an email to xqs.uk@st-group.com. Please contact us with the order number and a description of your wish to cancel your purchase.

Once you’ve notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods. The products must be returned unopened and in their original sealed packaging due to hygiene and safety regulations. If the product is open or the seal is broken, we may not be able to accept the return. Therefore, when purchasing snus boxes from xqs.com, it is important that the box is not opened.

Please ensure the goods are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Please note that if the returned product is damaged or deteriorated due to inadequate packaging, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect the loss in value. Refunds in case of cancellation will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return without delay by the same means as the original payment (unless otherwise requested). Please note: if you are returning goods due to a fault or because they were not as described, please contact us first so we can assist you appropriately. While we recommend notifying us before sending a return to ensure smooth processing, this does not affect your legal rights.
