Terms and Conditions

Route 1 — D2C Mint Bundle Purchase

IMPORTANT: Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in this promotion. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This promotion is only open to eligible residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over.

1. The Promoter

2. The Promotion

This promotion (the “Promotion”) is the “Get Minted” scratch card prize draw, forming part of the XQS Mint range launch campaign in the United Kingdom.

The Promotion operates as a pre-seeded instant win mechanic distributed via physical scratch cards included with qualifying mint bundle purchases from XQS.com (the “Site”), together with a free postal alternative entry route as described in section 5 below.

3. Eligibility

This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom who:

• Are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry;
• Are existing users of nicotine products;
• Are not employees, officers, agents or contractors of the Promoter, its affiliates, subsidiaries, promotional partners, prize fulfilment agencies, or any other company involved in the administration of this Promotion, nor members of their immediate families or households.

By entering this Promotion, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria above. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.

This Promotion is not open to persons under the age of 18. The Promoter operates a strict 18+ policy in line with its standard approach to nicotine product marketing. The Promoter may require proof of age at any time.

4. Promotion Period

The Promotion runs from 25th May 2026 to 31st December 2026. Scratch cards included in orders placed during this period are valid for redemption for 90 days from the date of the qualifying order, and no later than 31st January 2027 after which unscratched or unredeemed cards will be void with no cash or alternative equivalent offered.

The Promoter reserves the right to extend, shorten or close the Promotion at any time with reasonable notice posted on the Site, subject to applicable law.

5. How to Enter

Purchase route (with purchase required)

To enter via purchase:

1. Purchase a qualifying XQS Mint Bundle from XQS.com during the Promotion Period. A qualifying purchase means any order containing the Mint Bundle product as designated on the Site at the time of purchase.
2. A physical scratch card will be included with your fulfilled order. One scratch card is included per qualifying order, regardless of quantity of bundles purchased.
3. Scratch the panel on the card to reveal your result. If you have won a prize, the card will display a unique redemption code.
4. Visit XQS.com/uk/getminted and enter your unique redemption code along with the required personal details to claim your prize within 90 days of your order date.

Free postal route (no purchase necessary)

No purchase is necessary to enter this Promotion. To enter without purchase: complete online form available at xqs.com/uk/getmintedrequest

To request a free scratch card online you will be required to:

• Confirm you are a resident of the United Kingdom
• Confirm you are aged 18
• Confirm you are nicotine user
• Provide a valid UK delivery address to which the scratch card will be sent
• Provide a valid email address for correspondence purposes

Age verification is mandatory. The Promoter operates a strict 18+ policy. Any request submitted by a person who is under the age of 18, or where the Promoter has reasonable grounds to suspect the requestor is under 18, will be rejected and no scratch card will be issued.

Free scratch cards will be dispatched within 10 working days of a valid request being received. The Promoter reserves the right to limit the number of free scratch card requests to one per person, address or household during the promotional period.

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the free entry route at any time if it is found to be subject to abuse or misuse, provided that an alternative free entry route is made available in its place.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post.

6. Prize Structure

The following prizes are available subject to availability. In the event that any stated prize is unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to being out of stock, discontinued or subject to a product recall, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize in accordance with Clause 7 below.

In addition to the tier prize, every winning scratch card holder will receive a complimentary XQS Mint sample bundle. The sample bundle will be included with the prize dispatch for physical prizes, or dispatched separately for digital prizes. The sample bundle is subject to availability and age verification. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the sample bundle with an equivalent XQS product at its discretion. The sample bundle has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Overall odds of winning any prize: approximately 1 in 6 scratch cards is a winning card (1,249 winning cards from a total print run of 7,500 scratch cards).

7. Prize Substitution and Unavailability

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize or element of a prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• The stated prize is out of stock or no longer available from the supplier or manufacturer
• The stated prize has been recalled, withdrawn from sale or deemed unsafe by any regulatory authority
• The stated prize has been discontinued by the manufacturer
• Supply chain disruption, import restrictions or other circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control prevent fulfilment of the stated prize
• The prize is no longer available at the stated approximate retail value and a suitable equivalent cannot be sourced

Where a prize is substituted, the replacement prize will be of equivalent or greater monetary value to the original stated prize. For the purposes of this clause, equivalent value shall be assessed by reference to the approximate retail price of the original prize as stated in Clause 6. The Promoter's assessment of equivalent value shall be final.

Where a prize substitution is made, the winner will be informed as soon as reasonably practicable. The winner may not decline a substituted prize and claim the original stated prize where that prize is genuinely unavailable.

The Promoter accepts no liability to any winner or entrant arising from the unavailability of any prize or the substitution of any prize in accordance with this clause, provided that a prize of equal or greater value is offered in its place.

Nothing in this clause affects the winner's statutory rights.

8. Claiming a Prize

To claim a prize, winners must:

• Visit the redemption portal at xqs.com/uk/getminted within 90 days of their qualifying order date or issuing of their scratch card (free route).
• Enter the unique redemption code shown on the scratch card.
• Provide full name, date of birth, email address, postal address and phone number.
• Confirm agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

Prizes not claimed within the 90-day redemption window will be forfeited. The Promoter is not obliged to re-offer forfeited prizes.

Winners may be required to provide proof of identity, age and the winning scratch card. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within 14 days of request may result in forfeiture of the prize.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data collected in connection with this Promotion will be processed by the Promoter in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at XQS Privacy Policy | XQS, and applicable data protection legislation including the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Personal data will be used for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, fulfilling prizes, and complying with legal obligations. Data will not be used for marketing purposes without separate consent.

Data will be retained for no longer than 12 months following the close of the Promotion unless a longer period is required by law.

10. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• Provides false, inaccurate or misleading information;
• Acts in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or in breach of these Terms and Conditions;
• Tampers with or attempts to tamper with the scratch card mechanism or redemption process;
• Uses automated, robotic or programmatic entry methods.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for technical failures affecting entry or redemption, including failures in internet connectivity, portal availability or postal services.

The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to this Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any social media platform.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Responsible Promotion

XQS nicotine pouches are intended for use by existing adult nicotine users only. This Promotion is not intended to encourage non-users to take up nicotine use, nor to appeal to persons under the age of 18.
