Dear customer, due to Covid-19 we have had manufacturing and delivery problems. We do everything we can to bring home products to our customers. We therefore ask you to keep an eye out among your dealers for stock status. Since April 2020, we have had major delivery problems with our nicotine-free products. We work daily to find new ways. Our hope is that around the turn of the year we are back to normal delivery routines, demand for our products is high and we are now trying to build up a warehouse, slowly but surely. We hope that you as a customer have an understanding, and we will soon be with your dealer again. This delivery problem does not apply to XQS Nicotine Pouches but only to XQS nicotine and tobacco-free products.
